摘要
在部分与SD卡相关的嵌入式系统开发过程中,或对SD卡上数据安全要求比较高的场合需要对SD卡进行整卡数据擦除操作。该文首先介绍了支持USB2.0的SoC芯片FS7805的SDMI模块,然后利用这一SD卡接口作为对SD卡操作的物理接口,通过对实际经验的分析,绘出整个流程并以程序实现。给出的程序已经在MCUFS7805上调试通过。
In some developments of SD Card related embedded system, or care much about the data in the SD Card when the data will not be needed, it is necessary to erase the data in the Card thoroughly。 This chapter introduces SDMI module of SoC chip FS7805 which supports USB2.0 firstly, this SDMI interface was used as the physical interface of SD Card. Through the analysis of the experience, the author drew the diagram of the whole process and realized it with C language. The program shown below runs properly in MCU FS7805.
