在数字化校园建设逐步普及的前提下,高职院校如何建立起具有自身特色,适合需求的办公自动化系统(OA)。针对数字化校园环境下高职院校办公的实际需求,以江苏海事职业技术学院为例,分析了OA系统的功能模块,最终采用基于B/S的结构模式,利用工作流技术、安全性技术等实现了OA系统在高职院校的应用。
