摘要
该文通过广东省资源环境数据库信息系统的建设,有效集成了全省的资源、环境以及社会经济统计数据,为区域可持续发展决策提供信息依据。系统通过数据管理和信息服务两个子系统,提供了对数据的管理和信息服务。重点设计开发了数据动态更新模块、多边形切割查询模块和专题分析评价模块。在数据库的存储方案设计中,建立统一的空间参照系和数据编码标准,并且采用大型关系数据库管理系统SQLServer 2000与空间数据库引擎ArcSDE,来实现对多数据源、多尺度、多时相的海量资源环境数据的无缝存储。
The paper effectively integrates resource, environment and society-economy statistic data of Guangdong province and provides information basis for decision-making of regional sustainable development by building resource and environment database information sys- tem in Guangdong province. The system provides data management function and information service function by two subsystems: the data management subsystem and the information service subsystem. Some practical module are designed and exploited such as dynamic updating data module, querying module with polygon incision and thematic analysis and estimate module. As designing storage schema of database, unitive spatial frame of reference and data code criterion are built, and big relational database management system SQLServer 2000 and spa- tial data engine ArcSDE are adopt to realize seamless storage of multiple sources, multiscale, multitemporal resource and environment data.
