心中有读者——论软件项目需求文档的撰写

摘要 在软件项目走上工业化流程的今天,软件工程中需求工程已经越来越受到重视。而需求工程中需求文档的撰写,一直是做好需求工作的重要一环。本文通过对当前软件项目团队中集中体现的用户、开发工程师、质量工程师等对需求文档的不满,结合需求工程师自身在撰写和维护文档上工作量的考量,提出在编撰软件项目需求文档时应该始终怀揣着读者的需要,从而更好地编撰可读性高、高度清晰完整、可维护性也高的需求文档,使得软件产品的质量能从第一道工序开始得到保证。 Nowadays, developing software has already became and software industry. Requirement Engineering is becoming more and more important in the overall software engineering. Among which, requirement document composing is a very significant task. Through the complaint on the requirement documentations from customer, development engineers, quality assurance engineers, etc, and considering the workload of the requirement engineers on document preparation and maintenance as well, this article points out that with readers in mind all the times can help to deliver a high quality requirement document with high readability and maintainability clearly and completely, so that the quality of software product can be ensure from every beginning.
