摘要
通过对蓄电池失效机理的分析,开发了蓄电池在线检测系统。该系统可应用于各种蓄电池组的性能检测,在线检测电池的电压和温度,测量电池的内阻,综合测量判定电池的性能,并对失效电池予以显示和报警。由于通信的不可中断性,这些蓄电池实际上处于浮充状态,并不允许从电路中断开,所以对其进行测量必须是在线方式。本文利用鉴相处理方法大大简化测量过程。使蓄电池的容量测量更加准确,精度也进一步的提高了。
The online detecting system for battery was developed through the analysis of its failure mechanism.This system can be used for testing battery’s various performances,such as battery's voltage and temperature,internal resistance,so that to do an integrated survey in order to knowing the battery performance.Due to an interruption of communication,these batteries are in the state of floating charge,and not allow disconnecting from the circuit.Therefore,the measurement must be online.The system uses phase-processing method which greatly simplifies the measurement process,and also makes the measurement of battery capacity more accurate.
