摘要
针对目前高职院校办公室自动化程度较低,人工劳动强度大的现状,该文针对高职院校办公自动化信息处理的特点,基于分布式数据库系统构建了科研信息办公自动化管理系统,给出了该管理的功能设计与结构设计方案,同时针对分布式数据库的应用关键技术,提出了数据同步的策略,为实现科研信息办公自动化管理提供了技术保障,对于分布式数据库系统在办公自动化领域的应用提供了一定的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the current situation that the office automation of high school scientific is low and the work intensity of manpower is heavy,this paper built scientific information automation management system based on distributed database system,which aimed at the characteristics of scientific office automation information,and the whole function and structure scheme were also given out;on the other hand,one new database synchronization strategy was designed according with the key application technology of distributed database sys-tem.All this works could support technology ensure for the scientific information automation management system and it is also significative for researching the application of distributed database system in the office automation field.
