Data Warehouse and Its Application in Hospital Information System

该文首先阐述了数据仓库技术的产生背景、概念及数据仓库的四个主要特征,进一步分析了数据仓库的体系结构,讨论了目前常见的几种数据库管理系统对数据仓库的技术支持,以及联机分析处理技术OLAP。最后还讨论了数据仓库技术在医院信息系统中的应用。

This thesis begins with an introduction to producing backdrop and concept of the technology of Data Warehouse and main four characters of Data Warehouse, and more analyses the system structure of Data Warehouse. It not only discussed the supporting of technology about the familiar DBMS to the Data Warehouse at present, but also the technology of OLAP, and at last discussed the application about the technology of Data Warehouse in Hospital Information System.
