摘要
车牌识别系统包括图像预处理、车牌定位与提取、字符分割和字符识别等几大模块。对这些关键技术、算法进行了研究,分析了现有方案的优缺点,结合我国车牌的特点与系统的实际应用,对一些关键技术进行了优化,提出了相应的解决方案,并实现了车牌自动识别系统。
The license plate recognition system includes several modules, such as image preprocessing, car license localization and extraction, character division, character recognition and so on. In this paper, these key technologies and algorithms are introduced; at the same time analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing programmes; Moreover, combining the characteristics of China's vehicle registration system and the practical application, optimizing some key technology. In the end, the corresponding solutions was presented, and to achieve the automatic license plate recognition system.
