摘要
对图像源采用JPEG2000压缩算法,充分利用其感兴趣区域(ROI:regions of interest)特征,结合TCP/IP协议,利用多线程和COM技术,进行远程监视。实验结果表明系统完全达到监视要求,实现多点对多点监视,输出码流符合JPEG2000标准格式,图像质量达到了公布的JPEG2000标准。
A scheme of long-distance scout is presented in this paper, in which the JPEG2000 compress algorithm is adopted for the image sourse. And in trasmission the scheme based on TCP\IP protocol makes full use of the characters of ROI (regions of interest), using multithead and com technology. The experimental results show that the scheme achieves the requirement of scout ,and implement multipoint to multipoint scout , the fi nal code stream is accorded with the standard format of JPEG2000 and quality of images is achieved the criterion results released by JPEG2000.
