摘要
强化矿产资源开发监督、建立规范合理的矿产资源管理环境对保证国家经济及矿产资源可持续发展具有十分重要的意义。针对我国省级矿山企业管理现状,该文以河北省矿山企业管理信息系统的研究与实现为例,从总体设计、系统功能、空间数据管理、所采取的主要技术等方面入手详细介绍了如何利用计算机技术和GIS技术实现一套基于空间数据库的矿山企业管理信息系统。
