摘要
生态工业园区的规划和建设已成为全球研究的热点,如何科学地管理生态工业园区是实现社会经济可持续发展的重大问题。该生态工业园区地理信息系统是在地理信息系统的支持下,以烟台市生态工业园区数据、基础地理数据和遥感数据为地理实体对象,集知识、分析、决策和服务为一体的系统。该系统从应用角度为空间数据管理和信息共享提供了一种可行的解决方案。该文以烟台市生态工业园区地理信息系统的建设为例,对系统的总体结构、功能、数据库和系统集成等方面进行了探讨。
The building and design of Ecology Industrial Parks has become a nowaday global hot spot. How to exploit Ecology Industrial Parks is an important topic for the future socio economic sustainable development.The EIPGIS is an integrated system based on components, with the support of geographic information system, which takes Ecology Industrial Parks data, geographic data and remote sensing data as geographic entity object and integrates knowledge, analysis, decision making and services. With the construction of EIPGIS, a feasible solution to spatial data management and information integrated Client/Server and Browse/Server sharing is brought out from application point of view. In this paper, the whole framework, function, database design and implementation of EIPGIS and system integration are discussed by taking EIPGIS of yantai city as an example.
