摘要
通过对三一集团实施IT服务级别管理的过程进行了分析,提出了大型企业建立IT服务级别管理体系的实施方案,并从服务目录制定,签订服务级别协议、服务监控、服务报告、服务优化等5个方面就具体实施策略进行深入讨论,最后结合实施后的结果数据验证了该方案的合理性与可行性。
