摘要
该文通过对我国县级电子政务建设进行缓慢,透过对存在的诸多问题进行分析,就如何转变思想认识、加大人才培养、解决资金问题、做好资源整合等方面提出合理化建议,从而促进县级电子政务建设工作科学发展。
In this paper,e-government at the county level of our building slowly,through the existence of an analysis of many issues on how to change our thinking and understanding,to increase training to address the funding,resources and so on to do a good job rational-ization proposals put forward so as to promote the county working-class e-government construction of scientific development.
