摘要 由于网络的高速发展和各种业务类型的实施,使互联网不可避免的产生拥塞现象。作用于网络中间节点的主动队列管理策略(AQM)是目前解决网络拥塞问题和保证QoS的重要途径,对该领域的研究有着重要的现实意义和应用价值。 The rapid development of network and the implement of all kinds of network business make the Internet a huge and intricate network. Active Queue Management Strategy (AQM) is a an important way to solve network congestion problem, For research in the field, it has important practical significance and application value.
