随着网站内容的不断丰富和网络技术的不断发展,网页的美化更被设计人员所重视。传统的网页制作工具都已经显得力不从心了。CSS(层叠样式表)应运而生,通过CSS样式与HTML的结合、CSS+DIV技术、CSS滤镜的方法、CSS在浏览器中的兼容性等问题的考虑,来加强网页的美化效果。
