摘要
针对快速烧结设备温控系统中大功率晶闸管调压控温电路的感性负载及强触发等特殊要求,以常见的555芯片为核心设计,采用简单的分立元件搭建实现了与之相匹配的晶闸管脉冲触发电路,详细分析了同步、移相和脉冲放大等电路的结构组成和元件参数的选择。后期的烧结试验证明该触发电路能快速可靠的实现KP500/1200晶闸管的强触发。
A phase-shift pulse trigger circuit was designed based on 555 chip for big power Thyristor KP500/1200 used for the rapid heating system with inductive load,the structure of synchronization,phase-shift and pulse amplification was detailly described.The rapidity and feasibilty of the circuit was proved by the sintering experiment.
