基于图像处理技术的浮法玻璃锡槽漂砖检测仪

摘要 在浮法玻璃生产中,锡槽是玻璃的成型段。密闭的锡槽内充满氮、氢混合气体,其底部是一层保温砖,保温砖上面是一层化的锡。熔融状态的玻璃液在锡液上摊平、逐步降温后凝固成型为平板玻璃。在上述玻璃的成型过程中如果出现锡槽内保温砖脱落而漂浮到锡液上,就可能会造成玻璃板断板,如不及时处理就会造成满槽事故造成重大损失。因此,及时发现锡槽内的漂砖是避免满槽事故的重要途径。目前,对于漂砖的自动检测还没有成熟有效的方法。该文将图像处理技术应用于锡槽的漂砖检测,实验证明取得了良好的检测效果,并且已经实际投入使用。 In the floats the law glass production, the tin trough is the forming section of the glass. An airtight tin trough is full of the mixed gas of nitrogen and hydrogen. There is a layer of heat preservation bricks on its bottom. And there is a layer of melted tin on the bricks. In the molten state, the glass melt become flatten by floating on the tin fluid. After gradually reducing the temperature, it would coagulate into plate glass. In above glass forming process, if the heat preservation bricks detach from the bottom and float on the tin fluid, the plate glass board would probably be broken. And if the broken glass does not timely be cleaned, the full trough accident would happen with huge losses. Therefore, it is an important way for timely discovery of floating bricks in the tin trough to avoid the above accident. At present, there has not been a mature and effective method for the automatic detecting floating bricks. This article applies the image processing technology to floating bricks detection in the tin trough. The experimental results prove the detection instrument's good detection effect. And it has been actually put into use.
