摘要
该文基于e-hub技术将政府相关审核部门、e-hub服务运营平台、投标单位以及供应商等通过Internet网络构造一个既具有网上招投标功能又具有完成招投标工作流程的管理系统功能的信息综合平台。通过分析系统指标要求设计出了系统架构并且对业务流程以及功能模块做了相应的设计,制定出e-hub招投标系统的框架模型。
This paper introduces a tender and bidding system that based on the e-hub will integrate the government departments, the tender, providers and so on.Then through the Internet network structure completed the bidding and workflow management system platform.After analyzing the system requirements, the system of architecture is designed and the model of business processes as well as designed, then make the bidding model framework that base on e-hub.
