摘要
针对固定勤务的特点,该系统为各级指挥员提供了通过Internet实时访问出事地点信息的手段。它是一套集成GPS,GPRS,GIS技术的指挥调度系统。文中阐述该系统的设计与实现方法,以实现固定勤务应急管理动态化,指挥控制实时化。
In accordance with the characteristics of fixed duty,the system provides real-time access to the scene of the accident information for commanders at all levels through the Internet. It is a set of Command and Dispatch System which integrated GPS,GPRS,GIS technology. The article describes a way of the system design and implementation.In order to achieve dynamic Emergency Management,real-time command and control of the fixed duty.
