In this paper,discusses the Scientific Management System's architecture,function modules,key technologies,this system uses the three-tier architecture,the realization of Web performance using Struts,Hibernate for data access and persistence layer,Spring for business layer,practice shows that this system greatly improved the efficiency of Scientific Management in our college.
