摘要
基于GIS/GPS技术,并将智能调度算法引入"120"指挥调度系统,可以提高"120"指挥调度的信息化水平,通过对"120"业务的研究,设计了一个结构完整的智能"120"指挥调度系统框架,并对系统主要模块和关键技术进行了说明。
Based on the GIS/GPS technology,and introduce the intelligent dispatching algorithm to the "120"command and dispatch System,raise the information level of the "120" command and dispatch,through researching the "120" operations,designed a structural integrity framework of the intelligent "120" dispatching system of command,the main modules of the system and key technologies are described.
