摘要
随着烟草行业管理体制改革的不断深入,为了适应新时期固定资产投资项目管理工作的要求,需要有完善的投资项目管理系统进行有效支撑,提高投资决策的科学性,提高投资效益和效率。江苏中烟工业公司投资项目管理信息系统设计在综合考虑企业实际需求和业务特点的前提下,借鉴了国内外的最佳实践经验,注重投资项目的"全过程"管理。到该文完成时为止,江苏中烟工业公司投资项目管理系统已经全部上线并运行良好。
