该文通过对现有大规模企业级信息化软件系统的分析,指出了现有大规模企业级信息化软件系统存在的问题,阐述了构建随需变化的大规模企业级信息化软件系统的几种途径。随着网络技术的发展,多种网络将不断融合(固定网、移动网和IP计算机网),未来的网络需要一个综合业务平台。基于传统网络业务平台的现状和问题,结合目前固网运营商的固网智能化改造,文章阐述了由传统网络向下一代网络演进的技术和思路,以及对下一代综合业务平台的体系结构、关键特征和技术进行了探讨。

Passing the analysis to the present large-scale Enterprise Level and informationization software system,this paper points out the problems of the present Enterprise Level and informationization software system,and elaborated several ways how to set up the software system that needs to be changed. With the network technique development,diverse Internet will be syncretized (Fixed Network,Mobile Network and IP Computer Network) to a comprehensive business platform. Basing on the present situation and problem of the traditional network business platform,and integrating the alteration of the current fix network intelligence ,the paper expounds the train of thought and technique that traditional network evolves toward the next generation network,and investigates on the system structure of the next generation comprehensive business platform,key characteristic and technique.
