Interactive Platform of Information for the Feasible Sight Person

信息的快速发展给人们的日常生活及学习带来了翻天覆地的变化,通过互联网络可以快速的了解外面的世界所发生的事件、获得最新的理念和技术。视力残障人士是一个特殊的群体,这个群体由于自身的缺陷很难将现代的网络通讯技术应用到生活中。论文中提出了将汉字符号信息与拼音符号信息之间的相互转换;拼音符号与盲文物理设备驱动信息之间的相互转换的理论基础,并在此基础上开发出以帮助视力残障人士为目地的信息交互平台,使得视力残障人士也能充分利用网络这一信息科技技术。其中在视力残障人士信息交互平台开发过程中存在的技术难点问题是建立汉字语义、语音动态识别规则知识库,知识库对遇到多义词汇或多音词汇时,可根据语境中的上下文关联来调用动态模糊逻辑查询处理模块来正确的表达出语句的含义并用盲文或语音的形式表现出来。动态模糊逻辑查询处理模块在这里还处于探索阶段,现提出相关理论观点供大家探讨及交流。

The rapid development of information brought tremendous change to daily life and learn,understanding the events happened in outside world、 acquiring new idea and technology by the interconnection network. The sight physical disability person is a peculiar group; this group has difficulty to apply modern network communication technology in daily life because oneself defect. This paper put forward the interactive change between Chinese character sign information and phonetic transcription sign information; The rationale base of interactive change between phonetic transcription sign and the Braille physics equipment drive information,on which basis developing out the interactive information platform in order to help the sight physical disability person,so that the feasible sight person also can fully utilize network technology. Among them,the difficult problem is to build Chinese character semantics,knowledge base of pronunciation dynamic distinguishes the regulation in the development of interactive platform for feasible sight person,when the knowledge base encounter a polysemous word or multimode word,transferring the module of DFL inquiry to express correct means of sentence and to show in the form of Braille or pronunciation. The module of DFL inquiry is in a stage of probing,suggesting the relevance theory for everybody to investigate and exchange.
