This paper makes a summary of how Excel chart could be possibly used in management of personnel files for different purposes: data storage, maintaining secrecy, sharing, assorting, data collection, chart analysis and inquiry. After a careful study, we reach the conclusion that Excel chart could be developed widely and effectively in its function: management of information.
