摘要 随着电信运营商维护支撑理念从面向设备向着面向客户的转变,其IT支撑系统对于转型的要求也变得越来越迫切,而对于IT支撑系统中的运行维护支撑系统(OSS)无疑在转型大潮中扮演着极其重要的角色。该文阐述了IT支撑系统在电信转型中的重要作用,并结合我省的实际情况着重介绍了OSS的现状及转型思路;并根据此思路具体描述了这么一套面向市场、面向客户的真正有效地支撑企业的运行维护支撑系统——大客户自助网管系统。 With the idea of carriers to maintain support from device-oriented towards customer-oriented changes in their IT support systems for the transformation of the requirements are becoming increasingly urgent, and for operation and maintenance support system (OSS ) belong to IT support system is no doubt plays a very important role in the tide of the Transformation. This article explains the important role of the support systems for telecommunications transformation ,and Highlights the status of OSS and transformation of ideas Combined with the actual situation in our province; and specific description of such a set of market-oriented, customer-oriented support for truly effective business operation and maintenance support system-key account self-service network management system..
