摘要
对车牌识别系统中的图像预处理算法进行了研究,介绍了车牌识别系统的意义,以及图像去噪处理,图像二值化方法,并通过仿真试验模拟了图像处理的过程。实验证明了文中的图像处理方法用于车牌识别的有效性。
This paper researches on the image pre-processing algorithm of Vehicle License Plate Recognition (VLPR), introduces the significance of the license plate recognition technology, the methods of image noise reduction,binary image and the realization of image preprocessing algorithms in experimental system. Through the test process of image processing, simulation proves that the paper in the image processing on the validity of license plate recognition.
