摘要
项目工期资源优化在现代化的项目管理中起着举足轻重的作用,通过项目工期资源优化可以更好对时间与资源进行协调。文章主要研究了项目工期资源优化的两种方式:工期固定、资源均衡的优化,以及资源有限、工期最短优化。
Resource on the method of time limited resource leveling plays an important role in modern project management, time and resource can more coordinating through it. In this paper, we mostly research two methods of resource optimization: optimization of resource leveling within fixed completion time and optimization of time least within limited resource.
