摘要
企业信息系统的实施是将系统设计的结果付诸实践,建立计算机硬件环境和系统软件环境,编写和调试计算机程序,组织系统测试和各类人员的培训,完成系统的切换并最终交付使用。企业信息系统的开发需要多个流程:提出、计划、开发、施工等。如果每个流程完成度为90%,那么最后的结果将很不理想。该文结合当前企业信息系统实施的现状对顺利实施的几个关键要素进行了分析。
The implementation of enterprise information system includes putting the results of system design into practice, establishing computer hardware and system software environment, writing and debugging computer programs. The development of enterprise information systems requires multiple processes: planning, developing and implementating. If each process’s completed degree is 90%, then the final results will be far from ideal. In this paper, several key elements are deeply analyzed.
