How to rapidly and efficiently build up a MIS that can work with complicated business and meet frequently changing needs has been a sustained problem for colleges and universities.According to the analysis through the colleges and universities and also through a real development example of a component assembly,using the component-based development method to build up the various MIS,combined with five-tier software architecture and component technology,self-built component libraries makes the system development cycle time lessened,test error reduced and the system is easier to adapt to the changing environment and needs.
