互联网络业务计费模式探究

Explored on the Charge Mode of Chinese Internet Business

随着网络规模和技术的不断发展,目前各大电信运营商单纯按照接入方式计费方式使得众多网民的满意度在不断下降,而电信运营商对网民使用BT类软件虽然不满却毫无办法,二者之间的矛盾日益突出。该文研究了目前互联网计费方式现状、原因以及优缺点,并针对运营商和用户之间的矛盾提出了改进的建议和具体的做法。

With the development of Internet extent and technology,all of telecom operators use a simple way of accounting in accordance with many Internet users' satisfaction was declining.While the telecom operators are not pleased with the class of Internet users who use the BT software.The contradiction between them is increasingly prominent.In this paper mainly focuses on the current situation of billing methods,reasons and advantages and disadvanges.Also,this paper gives the procedures and suggessions to improve the contradiction between telecom operators and Internet users.
