摘要 应急救援具有复杂多变的业务流程,对应急预案的编制和管理提出了很高的要求。根据信息技术的发展方向,应用了SOA的架构思想,对应急预案管理平台的基础架构和应用模式进行综合研究。在服务和服务流程管理的基础上,设计了一个具有"热插拔"能力的服务管理平台框架,使得业务人员能够随时调整应急流程,动态接入业务应用,满足应急响应实时性要求。 Emergency rescue has complex business processes,which makes high demands on the preparation and management of emergency plan.According to the trend of information technology development and SOA framework thinking,the infrastructure and application mode of emergency plan management platform is studied.based on the infrastructure of service and service process,a "hot swap" capability service management platform is designed,which enables service personnel to customize the emergency procedures at any time,dynamic access to business applications,and meets the requirements of the emergency response timely.
