跟踪电源供电的高效率B类功率放大器

摘要 该文研究了一种跟踪电源供电的改进B类线性功率放大器。与传统直流供电的B类功率放大器不同,改进的功率放大器采用跟踪电源供电,使得功率放大器输出对管的管压降大大降低,从而效率得到很大程度的提高。理论分析了改进功率放大器的工作原理,实验结果验证了思路的可行性。 An improved Class B power amplifier fed by a tracking power supply is investigated in the paper.The proposed the Class B power amplifier,powered by the tracking power supply which is different from conventional constant DC supplied Class B power amplifi-er,has much less voltage drop across the output power transistors that lead to higher efficiency.The operating principle of the improved Class B power amplifier is analyzed;experimental results verify the validity of the scheme.
