Design and Implement of the Video Transmission System Based on ARM9

该文介绍了一种基于arm-linux的视频传输系统。该系统通过USB摄像头采集视频数据,采用Video4Linux模块提供的编译接口进行视频采集程序的设计,经MPEG-4压缩算法对视频流进行压缩编码,使用实时传输协议和实时传输控制协议,实现流媒体数据的网络传输。整个系统建立在嵌入式构架上,能独立完成实时视频的采集、处理及传输功能。

The paper introduce a video system based on the arm-linux.The system catch the video image through the USB camera.The design use the translate and edit interface providing by Video4Linux module to design the collection programme of video image.The video image be compressed by the compress arithmetic of MPEG-4.The stream medium be transmitted by using the RTP and PTCP protocol together.The whole system based on the embedded system.It can independently complete the function of the collection,processing and transmission of the real-time video.
