摘要
高等职业教育作为高等教育发展中的一个类型,在最近几年呈现良好的发展势头,为社会培养了大量高素质技能型专门人才;近些年软件产业的发展使得就业市场对于软件技术型人才需求旺盛,软件技术型人才的培养必须要面向社会和市场需求,基于能力本位的软件技能型人才培养从教师自身素质,教学方法和手段,课程建设等方面对职业教育教学模式的原则和方法进行了探讨。
As one part of university education, tertiary vocational school nowadays produces high professional qualification technician; recently the boom of software requires high-quality software technician, Competency Based Education discusses the principles from the aspects such as qualities of teacher, teaching methods, curriculum construction.
