摘要
阐述了高校图书馆在为读者服务的过程中,图书馆员应本着"以人为本"的精神,对读者多一些人文关怀,多一份体贴与关爱,在服务中不断改善服务态度,在与读者的言语交流中努力增强语言表达的艺术性,提高服务水平、树立良好的公众形象。
University libraries in the process of the service for readers,Librarians should be based on "people-oriented" of the spirit,the reader more humanistic concern,considerate and caring,continuous improvement in service to readers in service attitude,enhance the exchange of words to express the artistic language,improve the service level,setting a good public image.
