设计软件功能固然重要。但是软件作为产品,无论是C/S架构还是B/S架构,在外观上让用户满意并且在使用上得心应手,也是开发人员孜孜以求的目标。可见用户界面设计的科学性和可用性至关重要。因此在软件设计和开发中,需要使用一套科学的用户界面评测方法,该文重点介绍界面可用性评估和测试的两种方法:启发式(Heuristics)和自述式(Think-Aloud),并简单介绍其在网站可用性测试中的应用。

The design software,function is important.But as a product,whether it is C/S structure or B/S structure,in appearance to satisfy customers and handy in use,is also pursued by developers.Therefore,software design and development,the need to use a set of scientific user interface evaluation methods,this article focuses on the interface usability evaluation and testing of two methods:heuristic(Heuristics) and readme type(Think-Aloud),and briefly introduce the Web site usability testing application.
