摘要
通过对水溶萃取茶叶籽油工艺过程进行分析和研究,寻找一种经济实用的、比较先进的控制系统对萃取罐进行温度控制。该系统以MSP430单片机做控制器,实现萃取过程中温度的PID调节,使温度波动范围小,温度控制精度高。文中详细论述了硬件电路的组成和单片机的软件控制流程,并提供了关键的电路原理图和程序清单。
By analyzing and researching the process of Water-Soluble Tea Seed oil Extraction,we found a economic and advanced control system to control the temperature of the extracting tank.With the MSP430 as it controller,this system can implement the PID Control of the temperature during the process of the extraction;it has a small temperature fluctuation range and a high precision of the temperature control.This article expounds the construction of hardware circuits and the software control flow of SCMs,and provides the key circuit and program lists.
