摘要
针对当今软件项目中普遍出现的工期拖延、进度失控问题,介绍了时间管理的基本概念,接着从活动定义、活动排序、活动工期估算、进度安排、进度控制几个方面介绍了时间管理的过程。
In allusion to the general problem of project delay,schedule out of control in the software project,this article introduced the basic concept of the time management.Next,this article introduced the process of the time management from the aspects of activity definition,activity sequencing,activity duration estimating,scheduling and progress control.
