以计算机控制为基础的过程控制系统是生产控制的核心,随着电气、设备、计算机整合系统中新技术的不断开发,使得钢铁产量和质量都得到了普遍的提高。该文介绍了八一钢铁的预处理过程控制系统的流程与需求,并着重分析了系统的设计与功能。

The PCS based on computer control is the core for the production.With the new technologies development of EIC(Electric Instrument& Computer).the quantity and quality of Iron&Steel have been improved significantly.In this paper,the flow and requirement of PCS in the Bayi Iron&Steel Co.,Functions and design of the system are discussed.
