In a network providing DHCP service,illegal DHCP servers will interfere with the legal DHCP servers and affect the normal work of network.This paper presents the working process of DHCP service and analyzes the harm caused by illegal DHCP servers.To avoid the harm,the author proposes some precautionary measures on how to disable illegal DHCP servers from DHCP Service.
