高校教师课时奖金管理系统是各高校管理中的一个重要的内容。随着高校规模的逐渐增大,高校教师的课程也有了更细的划分,奖金的管理也变得更为复杂。而实行电子化管理可以使管理人员从的繁重工作解脱出来。该文结合我院的实际情况,用软件工程的思想,对高校课时奖金管理系统的需求分析、系统设计到系统的实施等几个方面阐述高校奖金管理系统开发的整个过程和实现思想。

College teachers' class bonus management system is an important part of college management.With the scale of college gradually enlarging and the far more courses than ever,the bonus management has become more complicated.The implement of electronic management can make management personnel released from heavy work.Combined with the actual situation and on the concept of software engineering,this paper discusses the entire process of system development and implementation ideas from requirement analysis and system design to system's implementation.
