摘要
ERP不同于其他的软件管理系统,在实施中涉及到的企业各个部门、每个岗位,从日常工作到管理方式,任何一个因素考虑不全面,就有实施失败的风险。该文详细阐述ERP在企业实施的两种主要风险——管理风险、技术风险,并且进行分析,给出规避的办法。
ERP is different from other software management system,in the implementation of the enterprises involved in different departments,each post from daily work to management mode,any single factor to consider is not comprehensive,have implemented the risk of failure this paper states in details in enterprise implementation of ERP two major risks-the risk and risk management techniques is analyzed to circumvent.
