摘要
文章针对高职学生综合能力培养方面存在的问题展开研究,并结合实际给出了高职学生综合能力培养方案,探讨解决人才培养符合社会需要的问题。
In this paper,studing existing problems of higher vocational students' comprehensive ability training,combining with actual gives higher vocational students' comprehensive ability training plan,explore problems of solving talent cultivation conform to social needs.
