参保职工基本养老保险关系跨省转移业务是2010年一项利民的新政策。如何通过计算机技术快速实现养老保险关系的转移和接续具有现实意义。该文主要探讨养老保险关系转移的流程、系统设计功能,并对该系统的数据库进行设计,为全国实施养老保险关系转移业务的顺利开展提供参考。
Pension relationship inter-provincial transfer business is a beneficial new policy in 2010.How to use computer technology to achieve the goal quickly shows practical significance.This paper discusses the pension relationship process,system design features and database design for the national relationship between the implementation of pension transfer business operations of the reference.
