摘要
该文通过对企业流程管理的亲身感受,从执行、监督、决策三个角度制定了改进业务流程管理的目标,并制定系统总体框架。对系统各功能模块作了详细的设计,从公司实际出发,分析了数据库的选择和设计;针对流程不能有效执行的关键问题,重点设计了流程及其子步骤的定义,采用实时监控、系统反馈的技术,大大提高了执行力及工作效率。最后提出了系统平台构建,采用了.NET组件和WEB服务相结合的方法开发系统。
This article worked out a goal to improve the Enterprise process management from three angles of execution,supervision and decision-making.Draw up the framework of system,make detailed design for every function module.From the actual situations of the company,analysized choice and design for database.In consideration of the key problems of inefficient implementation to process,design detailed the definition of process and its descendants,adopt the technology of real-time monitoring and feedback to improve the execution and work efficiency.Finally describe platform constructing of the system,using.NET components and Web service method to develop the system.
