WebSphere Process Server(WPS) is the workflow integration server of the next generation which develops from the concept of workflow integration,technology of application server and the open standard.This thesis identifies the concept and the usage of relationship in WPS,and introduces how to use the relationship manager which is a web based management tool,to monitor and manage relationships when WPS and the user scenarios are running.
