基于肤色和圆形度的人手图像检测算法 被引量：1

摘要 该文提出了一种用于视频监控的基于肤色和圆形度的人手图像检测算法。这种方法结合了肤色检测和圆形度检测的优势,比传统的肤色检测算法更为精确,比模板匹配算法更简便,计算的时间复杂度也有所降低。
