针对人力资源管理专业亲验式教学方法单一、素材资源少、师生互动交流难等问题,设计了一种基于Web的亲验式教学资源库系统。首先介绍了系统的开发平台和体系结构,然后就系统的功能模块进行了阐述。

Aimed to solve the problems such as unitary method,less resources and difficult interactions,which are exposed from the traditional participation-based teaching model of the human resource management specialty,this paper designs a new Web-based teaching resource system.Firstly,the development platform and the system structure are indicated.Then,the function model is described.
