摘要
绿色供应链管理作为一种综合环境管理和供应链管理的新型战略模式,改变了以往片面追求经济利润的观念,受到了企业、政府及学术界的高度重视。该文借鉴供应链绩效评价指标和环境保护指标,构建了绿色供应链绩效评价的指标体系。在此基础上,运用模糊层次分析法,建立了绿色供应链指标体系的评价模型,该模型比较客观、准确的度量了绿色供应链的整体绩效。最后,论文通过实例验证了该评估模型的正确性和有效性。
As a new strategy,green supply chain management(GSCM) has attracted more attention from enterprises,government and academia,changing the concept of one-sided pursuit of economic profit by the business.Considering the index of performance evaluation of general supply chain and green environment index,the paper put forward an index system of performance evaluation of green supply chain.On the basis of the content above,the paper completes a model which evaluates the performance of green supply chain by Fuzzy AHP.The model can accurately and objectively evaluate the performance of green supply chain.The effectiveness and correction are tested by an application case.
